Corbalton Hall is a working farm which has recently converted to organic farm management. We raise pedigree Shorthorn beef and grow vegetables, fruit and flowers within our walled garden.
If we cannot provide all of what we need, we seek the very best ingredients from local producers – many of them are part of the Boyne Valley Flavours.
We work the land responsibly, mindfully, with intelligence and with a conscience. Raising our animals and handling our ingredients with the greatest care and consideration, in a way that respects our environment, are our core values.
Private Dining
We pride ourselves in working with some of the best food experts, providing locally sourced and delicious dishes tailored to your requirements throughout your stay. From afternoon tea, barbeques on the lawn or luxurious fine dining the choice is completely yours — we are here to assist with your every need. Butler and chefs are also available on request but must be booked in advance.
